关于寒假趣事的英语日记
在这个寒假里我做了一件非常有趣的事情。
I did a very interesting thing in this winter vacation。
那就是在奶奶家跟姐姐学做寿司。做寿司的材料 ：一个小竹席、一包海苔片、一些香肠条和黄瓜条，再蒸一些香米，然后便可以开始做了。首先在小竹席上铺上一片海苔片，再均匀的铺上香米，不要太厚哦。然后放上两条黄瓜、三根左右的香肠。最后用小席子一卷再用刀切成片，美味的寿司就大功告成了！轻轻的咬上一口，就恨不得把一整盘都吃了！
That is to learn how to make sushi from my sister at my grandma's house。 Sushi ingredients： a small bamboo mat， a bag of seaweed slices， some sausages and cucumber strips， then steamed some rice， then you can start to make it。 First， spread a piece of seaweed on the small bamboo mat， and then evenly spread the fragrant rice， not too thick。 Then put two cucumbers and three sausages。 Finally， with a roll of small mats and a knife cut into pieces， the delicious sushi will be finished！ Take a bite， and you'll eat the whole dish！
