　　我是一个地地道道的的湖南人，沈老（沈从文）也是，他写了一篇《湘行散记》。写得全是凤凰古城事，我也写些一下我去凤凰古城旅游的事吧！在这之前，我先告诉你们这座古城悠久的历史吧：凤凰古城，建于清康熙四十三年（1704年）。凤凰古城与吉首的德夯苗寨、永顺的猛洞河、贵州的梵净山相毗邻，是怀化、吉首、贵州铜仁三地之间的必经之路。是湖南十大文化遗产之一，曾被新西兰作家路易·艾黎称赞为中国最美丽的小城，与云南丽江古城、山西平遥古城媲美，享有“北平遥、南凤凰”之名。是国家历史文化名城。

It is a famous historical and cultural city.

　　我们是坐着大巴去的，我的出发点在吉首的一个市里，我打小在这里，但我怎么跑北方来了？就不告诉你了。到了目的地，我看了一下地图，我看了有啥米景点啊，然后我想爸妈做了一个报告如下：

　　We went there by bus. My starting point is in a city in Jishou. I'm here since I was a child. But how did I come to the north? I won't tell you. When I got to the destination, I looked at map. I looked at the rice scenic spot. Then I thought my parents made a report as follows:

　　最有名的就是吊脚楼，陈斗南宅院，北门古城楼，万名塔、奇峰山。我们就在江边租了个宾馆，大夏天的，晚上河风嗖嗖的，都要盖空调被。

　　The most famous are Diaojiaolou, chendounan house, Beimen ancient city building, Wanming tower and Qifeng mountain. We rented a hotel by the riverside. In summer, when the wind blows in the evening, we need to build air-conditioning quilt.

　　第二天一早，我们便去吃了一碗有肉，鸡蛋的米粉。这是我在我人生中吃米粉吃的最好吃的一碗粉了。吃完过后，这才开始凤凰游。

　　The next morning, we went to eat a bowl of rice noodles with meat and eggs. This is the best bowl of rice noodles in my life. After eating, I began to travel in Phoenix.
